Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll examine thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. The item must be in the original packaging.
